Firework Deals

Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to every order placed on fireworkdeals.com. Firework Deals operates from two stores: Syston DIY & Hardware (1235 Melton Rd, Syston, Leicester LE7 2JT, 0116 260 2345) and Anstey Hardware & DIY (15 The Nook, Anstey, Leicester LE7 7AZ, 0116 319 1458).

1. You must be 18 or over

By law, fireworks can only be sold to people aged 18 or over. By placing an order you confirm that you are 18 or over. Whoever collects the order must show valid photo ID (passport, photo driving licence or PASS card). If valid ID is not shown, we will not hand over the order.

2. Click & collect only

  • We do not deliver. All orders are collected from the store you choose at checkout.
  • Placing an order reserves the items. Stock is only guaranteed once we confirm your order.
  • Please wait for confirmation that your order is ready before you travel to the store.

3. Payment

There is no payment online. You pay for your order in store when you collect it. Prices shown include VAT.

4. No refunds or returns

Because of the nature of fireworks, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns or exchanges once you have paid and collected your order. Please check your order in store before you pay. This does not affect your statutory rights if an item is faulty.

5. Using fireworks safely and legally

  • Always read and follow the instructions on each firework, including the minimum safety distance (8m for Category F2 garden fireworks, 25m for Category F3 display fireworks).
  • It is illegal to set off fireworks between 11pm and 7am, except on Bonfire Night (until midnight), and on New Year’s Eve, Diwali and Chinese New Year (until 1am).
  • It is an offence to set off fireworks in the street or other public places.
  • Store fireworks in a cool, dry place out of reach of children.

6. Product information

We take care to describe our products accurately, including shots, duration and effects. Videos show the type of effect and may differ slightly from the product you receive. Contents of selection boxes may vary from the pictures.
